CEO and administration
Jochen Seggelke
studied the clarinet under Professor Hans Pfeifer in Mannheim, and later became a woodwind instrument craftsman, by training under Guntram Wolf and company founder Werner Schwenk. Mr. Seggelke is a certified orchestra musician and music teacher.

Workshop
Dominik Theis
studied the clarinet in Lübeck under Professor Reiner Wehle. He is a certified musician and woodwind instrument craftsman and has been working for SCHWENK & SEGGELKE since 2013. Mr. Theis is responsible for the organisation of our instrument production.
Udo Schadeberg
is a master craftsman of woodwind instruments. At SCHWENK & SEGGELKE since 2006, he has been, inter alia, working on period clarinets, basset clarinets and bass clarinets.
Anke Hofmann
is a master craftsman of woodwind instruments and has been working at SCHWENK & SEGGELKE since 2010. She received her master craftsman's certificate in 2016.
Sophia Weinberger
is a woodwind instrument craftsman, who has been working at SCHWENK & SEGGELKE since 2016. Her journeyman's examination took place in 2017.
Chloé Degois
is a woodwind instrument craftsman, who has been part of the team since 2019. Her journeyman's examination took place in 2019.
Claudius Garbe
is a woodwind instrument craftsman, who passed his journeyman's examination in 2008, as his professional group's best graduate (in Bavaria). Mr. Garbe has been working for SCHWENK & SEGGELKE since 2005.
Andreas Mück
is a carpenter who specialises in manufacturing our clarinet bodies. Mr. Mück has been with us since 2012.
Jason Toews
has been with SCHWENK & SEGGELKE since 2018, assisting in the making of our clarinet bodies.
Maria de Fatima Alves da Silva
has been part of the team since 2009. She assists with the shipping, and is responsible for cleaning our instruments and premises.
Steffen Rothe
is a woodwind instrument craftsman and certified musician, who has been with SCHWENK & SEGGELKE since 2012 as an outworker.
Nico Sämann
is a master craftsman of woodwind instruments, who has been employed by SCHWENK & SEGGELKE as an outworker since 2019.
Kristin Rothmann
is a woodwind instrument craftsman, who has been working for SCHWENK & SEGGELKE as an outworker since 2018.
